Big Stax XVII (Day 1C): Faces In The Crowd (Part II)

Level 7 (Blinds 300/600/100)
Total Big Stax XVII 500 Entries: 961
Total Big Stax XVII 500 D1B Entries: 631

The two players featured in this edition of FITC are coming off of main event cashes and while one may stand out more in the crowd than the other, both are very dangerous in their own right and not to be taken lightly.

Tam Nguyen flew under the radar for nearly all of the Big Stax 300 by virtue of being short-stacked. Despite being limited in chips, Nguyen made it all the way to the final table and then took fifth in the chop deal that closed the event. That $40,000 cash is the second largest of Nguyen's career as he goes for back-to-back final table appearances in the Big Stax 500.
Adnan Mohammad is relatively new to the tournament scene, but the man better known to his Instagram followers as the "nypokerking" has been around the cash game world for quite some time now. Mohammad has shown his tournament chops fairly quickly, highlighted by a cash last month in the Borgata Summer Poker Open Main Event. Mohammad is still without a cash in the Big Stax series, an item he is anxious to check off on his poker resume.

  1. An attention-grabbing discussion is worth comment. I think that you should write more on this subject, it might not be a taboo topic however usually persons are not sufficient to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers view publisher site
